A little about me...

My business journey started in the Wellness industry in 1995, as a Personal Trainer, Dance Fitness Instructor and Fitness, Sports Tutor.


In 2010 I launched my first exclusive Personal Training Studio and Gym. This established me as one of the first British Asian women to launch a gym in the UK. My extensive career in the industry has established me as a highly respected  health and wellness expert. My popular coaching programs and online products have helped women globally to get amazing results in all areas of their life.

How it began...

26 years ago I was a young busy mum, over weight, struggling with depression and low confidence.


I have experienced first hand what it feels like to transition from overworked, exhausted, stressed, overweight and burnt-out to a happy, healthy, more positive, motivated and successful woman.

After having my 3 daughters, I struggled with weight gain, depression, low confidence and self-esteem. It wasn't until my youngest daughter started school that i decided to join a gym and focus on 'me'. This is when I started my personal transformation journey. Keeping active and working out became a big part of my life. My passion in health, fitness and well-being developed into a very successful career in the health and wellness industry. 

My journey...

When I reached my 40's things changed. It was becoming increasingly difficult to achieve my well-being goals, and I began to regain weight.


All the knowledge and the methods I had learnt over the years, that once worked for me, no longer got me the results i desired. Progress was slow. I was still working as a personal trainer, dance-fitness instructor, teaching, exercising and eating reasonably healthy - and achieving amazing results with my clients. However on a personal level, my body was not responding to exercise the way it did in my younger years. On top of this I was always exhausted and had issues with my sleep. My mental health and quality of life was suffering.

But here's the thing...I had no underlying health issues. It was frustrating to feel like this. I felt tired, unhappy and I felt old!

What I learnt...

As part of my transformation journey I committed to healthy keto and intermittent fasting protocols.


One of my strengths is to focus on finding solutions and not to spend too much time dwelling on problems. So I began to extensively research what happens to a woman's body, physically and psychologically with the ageing process. 

I spent all my free time researching women’s weight loss, holistic health, including; peri-menopause, gut health, healthy keto and Intermittent fasting disciplines and human behaviour. 

As part of my transformation journey i committed to healthy keto and intermittent fasting protocols. In 2020, during the Global pandemic, i certified as a healthy keto and intermittent fasting coach. This new found knowledge combined with my understanding of psychology and wellness has changed my life. I am now on a mission to help more women to achieve optimum health and well-being.
