Durning my 26+ career in the health & wellness industry I have come across many 'faddy crash diets' and products that claim to help you lose weight fast. Most of these do NOT work in the long term. Many diets focus on what to eat, meal replacements, calorie counting etc, but intermittent fasting is all about when you should eat - how often you eat.
