As mentioned in previous blogs/videos, intermittent fasting is an excellent tool to incorporate into your lifestyle, especially if you want to lose weight - and it's actually something that I used to lose over three and a half stone over 50 pounds in 12 months. Personally, that's my own transformation journey. However, there's a lot more to intermittent fasting and the benefits go beyond just weight loss. Watch the video to learn more.
